Co-Creator Verification Policy
Last Updated: 1 October 2026
Solutionize Tech, LLC (Delaware, USA), operating the Finsta platform ("Finsta")
1. Purpose and scope
This Policy sets out how Finsta verifies every person who appears alongside a creator. It forms part of the Standards together with the Terms & Conditions, the Age & Identity Verification Policy, the Creator Consent & Media License, the Prohibited Content and Activity List, the Content Moderation Policy and the Complaints & Content Removal Policy.
A co-creator is any person, other than the creator who holds the account, who appears in that creator's Uploaded Content or on the creator's side of an Interaction. This Policy applies however briefly a co-creator appears, and whether or not they are paid.
2. The rule
No person may appear alongside a creator unless they have first been verified as a co-creator. Verification requires both of the following, completed before the co-creator first appears:
- Their identity and age (18 or over) are confirmed by our third-party identity verification provider, against a valid government-issued photographic identity document matched to a live selfie.
- They have signed a release consenting to the creation of the content, its distribution on Finsta, and their appearance in Interactions.
3. How verification works
The creator adds the co-creator in the app. The co-creator receives a private link, completes the identity check with our third-party provider and signs the release. Once verification passes, the co-creator is linked to that creator's account and may appear in that creator's Uploaded Content and Interactions. A co-creator who appears with more than one creator signs a separate release for each.
The identity check is operated by the provider under its own terms, privacy policy and regulatory obligations. Finsta does not receive the co-creator's identity documents or any biometric data collected in the check. What Finsta receives is the outcome, the verified date of birth, and a reference and date for the check.
4. Before co-creator verification is available
Co-creator verification opens with the launch of our updated creator onboarding. Until it is available, no person other than the creator who holds the account may appear in that creator's Uploaded Content or on the creator's side of an Interaction.
5. Interactions
Only the creator and their verified co-creators may appear on the creator's side of a live one-to-one video or voice session. A creator who lets anyone else appear is in breach of this Policy. Anyone can report a breach through the in-app Report tool or by emailing admin@solutionize.tech.
6. Records
For each co-creator, Finsta retains the outcome of the third-party verification, the verified date of birth, the reference and date of that check, the signed release, and the creator account they are linked to. Identity documents and any biometric data collected during verification are held by the third-party provider. These records are kept for seven (7) years from the date the content is last published or last transferred, whichever is later, as set out in Section 7.1 of the Privacy Policy. They are disclosed to payment providers and auditors where required, and to law enforcement on lawful request.
7. Enforcement
Content depicting a person who has not been verified as a co-creator is removed, related payouts are frozen, and the account is subject to suspension or termination. A repeat breach results in permanent removal from Finsta. Depicted persons may withdraw consent and may seek removal at any time through Depicted-Person Appeals in Part B of the Complaints & Content Removal Policy, and, for intimate imagery published without consent, through the 48-hour removal process in that Policy.
8. Privacy
Co-creators' personal data, including any biometric data collected by the provider for the selfie match, is handled as described in Sections 12 and 13 of our Privacy Policy and Section 4 of the Age & Identity Verification Policy.
9. Governance
This Policy is owned by Finsta's compliance function (admin@solutionize.tech) and is reviewed at least annually and whenever the law, the card-network rules or the product materially change.
