Complaints & Content Removal Policy
Including Depicted-Person Appeals · Last Updated: 30 August 2026
This Complaints & Content Removal Policy (the "Policy") is part of your agreement with Finsta (operated by Solutionize Tech, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; "Finsta," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Finsta or submitting a complaint under this Policy, you confirm the information you provide is truthful and accurate and you agree to this Policy.
Finsta is a privacy-first, app-based social platform connecting users with verified creators for premium one-on-one messaging, live 1:1 video and voice sessions, and digital products in a closed, secure ecosystem. Creators complete identity and age verification before any funds are released to them.
Intimate Images and Videos Shared Without Consent — 48-Hour Removal
This section explains, in plain language, how to ask Finsta to remove an intimate image or video of an identifiable individual that was shared without that individual's consent. It is provided under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, 47 U.S.C. § 223a. It applies to intimate visual depictions of an identifiable individual published without that individual's consent, including digital forgeries and other synthetically generated or AI-generated depictions. This process takes precedence over, and is not subject to, the seven (7) business-day timeframe in Part A or Part B. We act on a valid request as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours.
1. Who can use this process, and what it costs
- Any identifiable individual who appears in an intimate visual depiction published on Finsta without their consent may request removal under this section.
- A person authorised to act for that individual (for example a parent or guardian, a lawyer, or another authorised representative) may make the request on their behalf.
- You do not need a Finsta account, and you do not need to be or ever to have been a Finsta user.
- The process is free. We do not charge for making a request, for reviewing it, or for removing content.
2. How to make a request
Use any of the following. Email is the fastest route:
- Email: admin@solutionize.tech - please put "NCII removal request - 48 hours" in the subject line so it is routed immediately.
- Web Form: landing.finsta.app/report - select the non-consensual intimate imagery reason.
- In-App Report (if you have an account): the ... (three dots) menu on the relevant profile, message or media → Report → "Intimate image shared without my consent".
- Postal: Solutionize Tech, LLC, 1111B South Governors Avenue, Dover, DE 19904, USA (marked "NCII removal request").
3. What a valid request must contain
So that we can act within 48 hours, please include all four of the following:
- Identification of the individual. Your name (or the name of the person you are acting for) and enough information for us to understand that you are the person depicted. If you are an authorised representative, say so and state the basis of your authority.
- Identification of the content. Enough information to let us find it - for example the profile handle, media or message identifier, thread, listing, link or a screenshot, plus the approximate date and time you saw it.
- A good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the intimate visual depiction was shared without your consent (or without the consent of the person you represent).
- Contact information. An email address, telephone number or postal address at which we can reach you about the request.
You do not have to send identity documents to use this process. If identity or authority is genuinely unclear we may ask you for limited confirmation; we will ask promptly, and we will not use a request for further information as a reason to postpone action on an otherwise valid request.
4. What we do, and when
- Immediately on receipt: we acknowledge the request, issue a ticket ID, and restrict or hide the reported material from further viewing while we act on it.
- Within 48 hours of a valid request: we remove the intimate visual depiction from the Platform. The 48-hour period runs continuously from receipt; it does not exclude weekends or public holidays and it is not counted in business days.
- Known identical copies: within the same 48-hour period we make reasonable efforts to locate and remove any known identical copies of the material elsewhere on the Platform.
- Outcome: we confirm to you what we removed and what, if anything, we could not locate, and we tell you how to come back to us if further copies appear.
- Enforcement: we take proportionate action against the account or accounts responsible under A5, which may include suspension or permanent termination.
- Child safety: if the material appears to involve a minor, it is handled under A4 as a child-safety matter, removed immediately on detection, and reported to the appropriate authorities. Nothing in this section delays that.
5. Preservation of evidence
Before we remove reported material we preserve a copy of it, together with the related account, upload and log records, in restricted-access storage that is not viewable by other users on the Platform. We do this so the material is available as evidence for law-enforcement, regulatory or court processes, for any appeal, and for our own records of the decision. Preserved material is kept only for as long as is necessary for those purposes or for as long as the law requires, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Suspected child sexual abuse material is preserved and disclosed only as the law requires and is reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. Relationship to our other processes
- This section takes precedence. The seven (7) business-day target in Part A and Part B does not apply to a request under this section.
- If a report you make under Part A or Part B discloses non-consensual intimate imagery, we will treat it under this section from the time we received it, without asking you to submit it again.
- You may also use the depicted-person process in Part B, and you keep every other right you have. Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the TAKE IT DOWN Act or any other law, or your ability to contact law enforcement.
Part A - General Complaints & Content Removal
A1. Scope
This Part explains how we handle complaints about content or conduct on Finsta that may be illegal and/or in violation of our Terms & Conditions and the Standards they incorporate, including the Prohibited Content & Activity List.
A2. Our Commitments
- You may report content or conduct that may be illegal or violates our Standards via the channels below.
- We aim to review and resolve complaints within seven (7) business days. Where a complaint requires further information or specialist review, we will tell you and give a revised timeframe.
- Requests to remove non-consensual intimate imagery are not subject to that timeframe. We act on a valid request within 48 hours under Intimate Images and Videos Shared Without Consent.
- We will acknowledge receipt, provide a ticket ID, and notify you of the outcome.
- We maintain a fair, transparent appeals process (see A6 and Part B for depicted-person appeals).
- We take proportionate action and keep records supporting our decisions.
- Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays.
A3. How to Report
You can submit a complaint using any of the following:
- In-App Report: Tap the ... (three dots) menu on the relevant profile, message, media, or session → Report → select a reason → optionally attach screenshots/notes.
- Email: admin@solutionize.tech (general complaints)
- Web Form: landing.finsta.app/report
- Postal: Solutionize Tech, LLC, 1111B South Governors Avenue, Dover, DE 19904, USA
Helpful details to include: what the issue is and why it's illegal or violates our Standards; where it appears in-app (profile handle, chat/thread, media ID, timestamps); date/time observed; any consent information known to you (e.g., you are depicted and did not consent); and your contact email. If key details are missing, we may request more information to resolve the matter.
A4. Review & Resolution Process (Target: 7 Business Days)
The day markers below are the targets we work to, not guarantees. Where a matter needs further information or specialist review we will tell you and give a revised timeframe. Requests under Intimate Images and Videos Shared Without Consent (non-consensual intimate imagery) are not handled on this timeline - they are actioned within 48 hours.
- Receipt & Acknowledgment (Day 0-1): We assign a ticket ID, acknowledge via in-app message or email, and preserve relevant evidence.
- Triage & Interim Safety (Day 0-2): Imminent-harm risks (e.g., credible threats, child safety) receive immediate action, which may include temporary restrictions, content hiding, or account holds.
- Investigation (Day 0-5): Our compliance function evaluates: the reported material and context; consent & age verification signals (creator verification, model releases/attestations, hash-matching for known NCII/CSAM, fraud indicators); prior trust & safety history; and applicable law/jurisdiction.
- Decision & Action (target: by Day 7): We decide whether the content/conduct violates law and/or Standards and apply proportionate measures (see A5). We notify both the complainant and the affected user (where lawful and safe) of the outcome and next steps.
- Child Safety & Exploitation: We have zero tolerance. Suspected CSAM, trafficking, or exploitation is removed immediately and reported to appropriate authorities (e.g., NCMEC/IWF or competent local authority). Related accounts are suspended pending outcome.
A5. Potential Outcomes
Depending on severity, intent, and history, actions may include:
- No Violation: No action; we explain our reasoning.
- Labels/Age-Gating: Warning screens, sensitive-content gates, age restrictions.
- Content Removal/Restrictions: Deletion of media/messages/listings; withholding content from publication; reduced visibility.
- Feature Limits: Temporary or permanent limits on messaging, live sessions, media uploads, or sales.
- Account Actions: Warnings/strikes, temporary suspension, permanent termination, device/payment-instrument bans.
- Monetization & Funds: Holds or forfeiture of payouts for violating content or fraud; reversal of unlawfully obtained earnings; refunds where required by law or card-brand rules.
- Reporting: Notifications to payment partners, platforms, or law enforcement where legally required or prudent.
- Remediation: Required policy education, re-verification, or consent attestation before restoration of features.
A6. Appeals (General)
If you disagree with a decision under Part A:
- Who may appeal: the complainant (if we decline to act) or the affected user/creator (if we act on content/account).
- How: Reply to the outcome notice or email admin@solutionize.tech with your ticket ID and reasons.
- When: Submit within 14 calendar days of our decision. We aim to review and resolve appeals within seven (7) business days. Where an appeal requires further information or specialist review, we will tell you and give a revised timeframe.
- Who reviews: Our compliance function, and where possible a reviewer who was not involved in the original decision. The reviewer may consult external legal or safety specialists and will issue a final internal decision.
Part B - Depicted-Person Appeals (Consent-Based Takedowns)
B1. Who can use this process
Any person depicted in content on Finsta may request removal under this Part if they did not consent to the content or if their consent is void under applicable law (e.g., due to age, coercion, fraud, withdrawal of consent where required, or other legal defect).
If your request concerns an intimate image or video of you that was shared without your consent, use Intimate Images and Videos Shared Without Consent instead. That process is faster (48 hours) and does not require a Finsta account.
B2. How to file a depicted-person appeal
Email admin@solutionize.tech (preferred) or use the in-app Report tool and select Depicted-Person/Consent. Provide: a description of the content; where it appears (profile handle, media ID, timestamps); that you are the person depicted; the basis on which consent was not given or is void; and any supporting evidence (e.g., proof of identity, model release status, prior communications).
B3. Review standard & timing
- We will acknowledge your appeal and aim to review and resolve it within seven (7) business days. Where an appeal requires further information or specialist review, we will tell you and give a revised timeframe. Requests concerning non-consensual intimate imagery are handled under Intimate Images and Videos Shared Without Consent within 48 hours instead.
- We will prioritize imminent-harm risks and hide/restrict content during review where appropriate.
- If consent is confirmed not given or void, Finsta will remove the content and take proportionate additional action where warranted (see A5).
B4. Disagreements & neutral resolution
If there is a disagreement about a depicted-person appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body (e.g., an accredited dispute-resolution provider or other mutually acceptable neutral). We will cooperate in good faith with the neutral process and implement the neutral body's final determination.
B5. Notice to affected creator/user
Where lawful and safe, we will notify the affected user/creator of the request and decision, while protecting the reporter's safety and privacy as appropriate.
Part C - Privacy, Due Process & Data Handling
- We balance reporter privacy with fair notice to affected users. We may withhold reporter identity where safety or law requires, while providing enough detail for a meaningful response.
- We preserve evidence relevant to investigations and comply with lawful requests from authorities.
- We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Part D - Regulatory & Jurisdictional Information
- EU/EEA: You may also seek out-of-court dispute settlement or contact your Digital Services Coordinator under applicable law. You may still report to us and appeal internally under this Policy.
- UK: Nothing in this Policy affects your rights under UK consumer law or applicable online-safety regulations.
- Other regions: You may have additional rights under local law. Where required, we will localize this Policy or provide region-specific terms.
Part E - Transparency & Changes
We maintain internal logs of complaints, actions taken, and resolution timelines. We may publish anonymized transparency summaries (e.g., volume of reports, action rates, average resolution time).
We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will notify users of material updates in-app or by email and indicate a new Effective date above.
