Finsta is a closed-ecosystem platform connecting verified creators with consumers for premium one-on-one messaging, live one-to-one video and voice sessions, and digital product sales (collectively, "Interactions"). This list applies to all Uploaded Content and Interactions on the platform, including profiles, media, messages, sessions and Digital Product listings. It forms part of Finsta's published Terms & Conditions and incorporated policies (the "Standards", at landing.finsta.app/terms) and implements the standards of the card networks and the requirements of our payment partners. Breach results in content removal, account suspension or termination, withholding or forfeiture of related earnings, and reporting to law enforcement where required.

What Finsta is for

Finsta exists so that one person can pay for another person’s time and attention directly, privately, and on terms the two of them set. Interactions cover a wide range: consultations and coaching, advice, tuition, conversation and companionship. An Interaction is private between the two adults taking part, and what they exchange is for them to decide within the limits set out in this list and in the Terms & Conditions.

Three conditions apply to every Interaction, whatever its nature: it happens online within the Platform; age-restricted material stays on an Interaction Surface and never appears on a Public Surface; and what is bought and sold is digital, never physical goods. Public Surface and Interaction Surface are defined in Section 8.7 of the Terms & Conditions.

The Sections that follow set out those limits.

1. Zero-tolerance prohibitions

The following are prohibited absolutely, whether real, simulated, implied, animated or AI-generated:

• Any involvement or depiction of minors; sexualising minors; presenting any person as a minor (including age-play, childlike roleplay, school settings or wording implying youth); and requesting, soliciting or implying under-age content.
• Non-consensual content of any kind, including depictions of sexual violence or coercion; content involving persons who are unconscious, sleeping, hypnotised, incapacitated, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent; intimate content shared without the consent of the person depicted (NCII); and voyeuristic or hidden-camera content of persons unaware they are being recorded.
• Bestiality and any sexual content involving animals.
• Incest, real or themed.
• Necrophilia and cannibalism; content combining sexual themes with serious bodily harm, torture, mutilation, asphyxiation or strangulation, blood, or weapons used in a sexual context.
• Excretion: urination, defecation, vomit or other bodily waste in a sexual context.
• Human trafficking or exploitation of any person, and any promotion, arrangement or solicitation of prostitution, escort services or in-person meetings. All Finsta Interactions are delivered online only, within the platform.
• Use of the platform for any illegal purpose, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or the sale of illegal goods or services of any kind.

2. Verification, consent and authenticity requirements

• Creators complete identity and age verification through a third-party provider, against a government-issued identity document and any further checks that provider requires, before any funds are released to them. Verification is a precondition of payout, and no funds are paid to an unverified account.
• Every consumer must be at least 18 years of age and confirms this when accepting the Terms & Conditions at sign-up.
• Every person depicted in Uploaded Content must be a verified adult (18+). The creator holds the written, informed consent and the age and identity records for every person depicted, and must produce those records to Finsta within five (5) business days of a request. Content depicting a person whose age or consent cannot be evidenced on request is removed, related payouts are frozen, and the account is subject to termination. Finsta retains the creator's signed attestation and any documentation the creator provides. Our third-party identity verification provider verifies creators only and holds no records relating to any other person depicted. Depicted persons may withdraw consent, and Finsta operates Depicted-Person Appeals with removal of disputed content.
• Content generated with AI must be clearly disclosed. Use of the likeness or voice of a real, identifiable person without that person's written consent is prohibited.

3. Other prohibited content and conduct

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, incitement to violence, and content promoting self-harm or eating disorders.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights.
• Directing users to transact off-platform, circumventing platform safety measures or payment flows, and unauthorised recording or redistribution of Interactions.
• Impersonation, misrepresentation, spam, malware, and misleading or fraudulent offers, including content not delivered as described.
• Accessing or using the Platform from any jurisdiction in which the Platform's content or services are unlawful. The Platform is not offered or directed to any such jurisdiction, and each time you access the Platform you represent that you are not doing so from one. Using a virtual private network, proxy, anonymiser, or any other means to disguise your location or to circumvent access controls, eligibility checks or age verification is prohibited and is a material breach of the Standards.

4. Prohibited goods, services and commercial activity

The platform is for digital content and online Interactions only. The sale, promotion, solicitation or facilitation of the following is prohibited, whether or not lawful in any particular jurisdiction:

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, and weapons of any kind, including parts and accessories.
• Drugs: illegal or controlled substances, psychoactive substances, drug paraphernalia, and cannabis or CBD products.
• Pharmaceuticals, prescription medicines, and unapproved supplements or substances marketed for medical effect.
• Tobacco, vaping products and alcohol.
• Gambling, games of chance, lotteries, sweepstakes and raffles.
• Financial products and services: investment schemes, securities, lending, credit repair, debt collection, money services, and cryptocurrency trading, exchange or investment promotion.
• Pyramid, Ponzi or multi-level marketing schemes, and "get-rich-quick" offers.
• Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, and goods infringing third-party rights.
• False identification documents, forged documents, and academic credential fraud.
• Hacked data, stolen credentials, malware, hacking tools or services, and covert surveillance equipment or services.
• Human organs, body parts or bodily fluids; endangered species and live animals.
• Charitable or political fundraising, and any solicitation of donations, without Finsta's prior written authorisation.
• Any dealing involving sanctioned persons, entities or territories, or that would breach applicable export controls or sanctions.

5. Marketing and search terms

How content is described, promoted and found must meet the same standards as the content itself. This section implements the marketing and search-term requirements the card networks apply to adult-content merchants.

• Finsta's own marketing must not suggest minors, non-consent, trafficking or illegal activity. This applies to all advertising creative and copy, landing pages and marketing websites, social media and affiliate promotion, app-store listing titles, descriptions, screenshots and keywords, and any metadata we submit to app stores, search engines or advertising platforms. Words, images, hashtags and keywords suggesting minors or youth (including school, teen or age-play themes), non-consent, coercion, incapacitation, trafficking, or any other prohibited or illegal activity must not be used.
• In-app search terms, search suggestions, tags, categories and category names are held to the same standard. Terms suggesting minors, non-consent, trafficking or illegal activity are not permitted as tags, categories or category names, and are not offered as search suggestions.
• Creators must not use a display name, handle, profile or banner text, Interaction or Digital Product title, description, tag, caption or hashtag that suggests minors, non-consent, trafficking or illegal activity, or that misrepresents what is being offered. This applies even where the underlying content is permitted: content that complies with this list may still be removed if it is titled, tagged or described in a way that breaches this section.
• Breach of this section is treated as a breach of the Standards and may result in removal of the material, withdrawal of a listing, renaming or removal of a profile, and account suspension or termination.

6. Screening, monitoring and enforcement

Reporting content does not automatically remove it or restrict an account. Reports are assessed against this list and the Terms & Conditions.

• All Uploaded Content is subject to automated screening before publication. Screening is applied to every upload, but no screening system detects every violation. Screening runs on every upload, including private message attachments, and combines automated classification for prohibited and risky categories with industry hash-list matching for known illegal material, provided by third-party content-safety providers. Screening assigns signals and categories to content. Where particular signals or categories are present, screening may result in automated action, including restricting or removing the content and suspending or banning the account. An internal reviewer may additionally examine flagged content. Age-restricted material is gated until purchase and age eligibility are verified.
• Anyone, with or without a Finsta account, can report content at landing.finsta.app/report or to admin@solutionize.tech. We aim to review and resolve complaints within seven (7) business days under the published Complaints & Content Removal Policy. Where a complaint requires further information or specialist review, we will tell you and give a revised timeframe. That timeframe does not apply to reports of non-consensual intimate imagery: on a valid request we remove the reported content within forty-eight (48) hours and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies. Imminent-harm reports (for example child safety) are prioritised for immediate action.
• Finsta may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and withhold or forfeit earnings connected to violations, and preserves evidence and reports suspected illegal activity to payment partners and law enforcement.
• Records supporting this policy, including verification and consent records, are retained and available for audit by payment partners.
