Delete Your Finsta Account
You can permanently delete your Finsta account and the personal data associated with it at any time, from a web browser or the app. You do not need the app installed. Finsta is operated by Solutionize Tech, LLC.
Delete your account on the web
- Go to finsta.app/login and log in the same way you do in the app (phone number, Google or Apple).
- You will land on your profile. Tap the settings gear at the top right.
- Tap Delete account, then tap Permanently delete to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away and you are logged out.
Delete your account in the app
Open Finsta, go to your Profile, tap the settings gear, then scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Can't log in?
Email admin@solutionize.tech with "Account Deletion" in the subject line. Include your Finsta username (if you have one) and the phone number or email you signed up with. We will verify that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.
What we delete
We delete or de-identify your personal data, including your profile (name, username, bio, photos), your products and uploaded media, and your login details. Upcoming bookings and your Finsta+ membership are cancelled for you, so there is nothing to cancel beforehand.
What we keep
Some records must be kept by law and cannot be deleted on request: transaction, payment, payout and tax records (7 years), and records needed for safety, fraud prevention and legal claims. See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy for the full list and retention periods.
